OUTREACH SURVEY - TERMS & CONDITIONS

SURVEY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Cointree ABN 36 167 203 303 of Melbourne, Victoria, 3000 (“Promoter”).
  2. Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these terms and conditions.
  3. The Competition is only open to individuals who: (i) are Australian residents (ii) Have a current Cointree account, which has successfully passed identity verification (iii) Enter via the online research survey (iv) are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (“Entrant”)
  4. The Competition commences at 10:00am AEST 11 March 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEST 18 March 2024.
  5. Except as otherwise indicated, all amounts stated in these conditions are stated in Australian dollars.
  6. Entry to the competition is via Cointree online research survey. To enter and be eligible to win, survey participants must complete the survey fully, with valid responses. A maximum of one entry per participant is permitted and only one prize per participant can be won. The prize winner will be chosen at random.
  7. There is no cost to enter the Competition; however, internet connection and usage rates may apply. Entrants should obtain details of such costs from their service providers. The Promoter is not and will not be liable for any such costs.
  8. Entries must be received during the Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.
  9. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare an Entry made by an Entrant invalid if the Entrant tampers with the entry process, benefits from such tampering or submits an Entry that is illegible, incomplete or not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

THE PRIZE AND THE WINNER

  1. Three winners (“Winners”) of 3 x $200AUD will be selected at 11:59pm AEST on 18 March 2024.
  2. 3 Winners will be entitled to AU$200 funded into their Cointree accounts.
  3. The Prize Winner will be notified in writing via email within a week of the draw. The Promoter reserves the right to ask for proof of ID and/or the Cointree email address to claim the prize.
  4. The prize will be funded into the prize winner(s) Cointree accounts within 28 days of making contact, given they have active and verified accounts.
  5. The Prize notification will state that the Prize has been won and will include instructions as to how the Winner may claim the Prize and establish their entitlement to it.
  6. If the Promoter’s representative is unable to contact the winner by phone, or email, the Promoter will determine the next best response from the competition entries on 19 March 2024 until a winner has been contacted.
  7. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and are subject to availability.
  8. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  9. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

PRIVACY, DISCLOSURE AND CONSENT TO USE INFORMATION

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  2. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition, each entrant consents to their personal information being entered onto a database. The Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, or payment, or other compensation to the entrant. The Promoter may also publish the winner’s full name, locality and entry response on the Promoters website.
