Terms and conditions

  1. Competition is open on Friday 12 April 2:00pm AEDT, with entries closing on Thursday 18 April 2024 11:59pm AEDT.
  2. The promotion is free to enter and is operated by Cointree Pty. Ltd. ACN 167 203 303.
  3. To enter the promotion applicants must:

      a. Be over the age of 18;

      b. Be residents of Australia;

      c. Have a verified Cointree account

  e. Reposted the “Vote the Next Listing” post on the Cointree X channel (formerly Twitter).
  1. One winner will be drawn on  Thursday 18 April 2024. 
  2. One winner will receive AU$50 worth of the most voted coin: Floki (FLOKI), DogWifHat (WIF), Pepe (PEPE), or Bonk (BONK)
  3. One entry per applicant. Subsequent entries by the same applicant will be void and disregarded.
  4. The judge, being an employee of Cointree, will draw the winner at random.
  5. Winners will be announced on Friday 19 April 2024. You acknowledge and consent that winning entries may also be published by Cointree.
  6. Winners:

      a. Will be contacted via X (Twitter);

      b. Will have until Thursday 18 April 2024 11:59pm AEDT to respond to the message request confirming their acceptance of the prize before expiring;

      c. Will be required to provide their email and mobile phone number;

      d. Will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledge that Cointree may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.

 e. Will be credited prize into their Cointree account

  2. Entry is not open to any directors, employees, contractors of Cointree or their families.
  3. Cointree reserves the right to terminate, update or otherwise adjust the terms & conditions it deems appropriate without prior notice. If there are any issues or disputes, Cointree reserves the right to the final decision.
  4. Cointree shall take no liabilities for any claim, loss, damage and cost incurred by any user; however arise, in relation to this campaign.
