Terms and Conditions

The Cointree After Dark Promotion ("Promotion") is run by Cointree ABN 36 167 203 303 ("Promoter") and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 9:00 PM AEST on 14th September, 2026 and concludes at 6:00 AM AEST on 21st September, 2026. ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is only available to existing verified Cointree customers.
  2. To be eligible, customers must have created and verified their Cointree account prior to 12:00 AM AEST on 14th September 2026.
  3. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter may be excluded from participation at the Promoter’s discretion.
  4. Participation is limited to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

After Dark Trading Hours

  1. The Promotion applies only during the designated “After Dark” trading hours of 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM AEST each evening during the Promotion Period.

  2. Eligible customers will receive:

    • Zero trading fees on eligible trades placed during After Dark hours

General Conditions

  1. This Promotion is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other cryptocurrency.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent, misleading or abusive activity, including the creation of multiple accounts.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  4. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
  5. Cointree shall not be liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from participation in the Promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  6. Trading cryptocurrency involves risk. Participants should consider their own circumstances and seek independent advice if required. This Promotion does not constitute financial advice.
