Terms and Conditions

  1. The "$500 ETH Giveaway" promotion (the "Promotion") is conducted by Cointree ABN 36 167 203 303 of Melbourne, Victoria, 3000 (the "Promoter").
  2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these terms and conditions.
  3. The Promotion is only open to individuals who:
  • are Australian residents;
  • are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Promotion;
  • sign up and complete verification on the Promoter's platform during the "Entry Period" to receive one (1) entry into the draw.
  1.  The Promotion begins at 8:00 AM AEDT on 11 November 2023 and concludes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 14 November 2023 ("Entry Period").
  2. All monetary amounts stated in these conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD).
  3. Entry into the Promotion is free; however, internet connection and usage rates may apply. Entrants are advised to check such costs with their service providers. The Promoter is not liable for any such costs.
  4. Only entries completed and verified during the Entry Period are eligible. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions in telecommunications.
  5. Each eligible entrant will receive one entry into the draw; multiple entries are not permitted.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify any entry that tampers with the sign-up process, benefits from tampering, or is otherwise not compliant with these terms and conditions.

WINNER AND PRIZE

  1. Oe winner will be randomly selected at 11:59 PM on 15 November 2023, who will receive $500 AUD in Ethereum (ETH).
  2. The prize will be credited to the winner's account within seven days after the end of the Promotion.
  3. The prize draw will be conducted randomly unless otherwise specified.
  4. The winner will be notified via email once the prize has been credited to their account.
  5. If the account is deleted before the winner is drawn, the prize will be forfeited and reallocated to another eligible entrant.
  6. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. The winner may use the ETH credited to their account as they wish, subject to the terms and conditions of the account.
  7. Only one prize will be awarded per person, regardless of the number of accounts created.
  8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  9. All decisions by the Promoter regarding the Promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy, Disclosure, and Consent to Use Information

  1. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being collected by the Promoter and used for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media without further reference, payment, or other compensation.
