Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition opens on Monday 28 October 2025 at 11:59pm AEST, with entries closing on Friday 1 November 2025 at 11:59pm AEST.
  2. The promotion is free to enter and is operated by Cointree Pty. Ltd. ACN 167 203 303.
  3. To enter the promotion, applicants must:\ a. Be over the age of 18;\ b. Be residents of Australia;\ c. Have a verified Cointree account;\ d. Comment on the “Vote for Your Favourite Halloween Coin” post on the Cointree X channel (formerly Twitter);\ e. Repost the “Vote for Your Favourite Halloween Coin” post on the Cointree X channel (formerly Twitter).
  4. One winner will be drawn on Thursday 7 November 2024.
  5. The winner will receive AU$50 worth of the most voted-for coin: Shiba Inu ($SHIB) or Floki ($FLOKI).
  6. One entry per comment and one entry per repost. Subsequent identical entries by the same applicant may be void and disregarded.
  7. The judge, being an employee of Cointree, will draw the winner at random.
  8. Winners will be announced on Thursday 7 November 2025. You acknowledge and consent that winning entries may also be published by Cointree.
  9. Winners:\ a. Will be contacted via X (Twitter);\ b. Will have 7 days from the time of contact to respond to the message request confirming their acceptance of the prize before the draw expires;\ c. If a winner does not respond within this time, a new winner will be drawn every 7 days until a winner is confirmed;\ d. Will be required to provide their email and mobile phone number;\ e. Will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed, and acknowledge that Cointree may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them;\ f. Will have the prize credited to their Cointree account.
  10. The information collected during this promotion will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
  11. Entry is not open to any directors, employees, or contractors of Cointree or their families.
  12. Cointree reserves the right to terminate, update, or otherwise adjust these terms & conditions as it deems appropriate without prior notice. If there are any issues or disputes, Cointree reserves the right to the final decision.
  13. Cointree shall take no liabilities for any claim, loss, damage, or cost incurred by any user, however arising, in relation to this campaign.
