Jess Renden is the CEO and Director of Cointree, joining the company in 2017 before spending four years as COO and Head of Operations. Having worked her way through multiple areas of the business, Jess has developed a deep understanding of both Cointree’s operations and the broader digital asset landscape, bringing a hands-on and highly involved approach to leadership. Prior to joining Cointree, Jess spent 12 years at BGL in the SMSF and corporate compliance technology sector, leading HR teams and specialising in SMSF. Her background across compliance, operations and people management has helped shape a leadership style grounded in transparency, customer trust and long-term growth. As a hands-on CEO, Jess remains closely connected to all areas of the business, from operational strategy and customer experience through to industry developments, regulation and the evolving role of digital assets in Australia. Her broad knowledge of the crypto space and practical understanding of the industry continue to drive Cointree’s growth, direction and customer-first approach.
